Toronto Z Meet Pics
It was a miserable, rainy day, but luckily the heavens closed just in time for our Z meet. Although it was cold (3C...36F), 12 Z's (5 SS, 3 SL, 1 SB, 1 RL, 1 DB, 1GW) and 2 G35c's and their enthusiastic owners braved the conditions to display their new cars to each other. As the Z's began to roll in, people's eyes lit up at the variety of models and features. Camera's were flashing, videos were running as our hair was blowing in the wind. Terri's (RL) audio system was the hit as he cranked up the volume up and we watched the two subs bounce up and down. Most impressive! After a demonstration from the Zaino rep, we went on a short cruise around the area and then for a lunch at nearby restaurant. The animated conversations were most enjoyable and informative with topics from the pros and cons of the Z to the meaning of life.
Even though we had never met each other in person, our mutual passion for our Z's bonded us together. Watch for information on a future meet, date and location to be posted on this site.
Safe driving.

Hey Guys amd Gals,
Thanks for making the trip out. I was beginning to feel discouraged with the weather but you all came out regardless! Made the day worth while. I loved the line up and variety of colours...
I'd be happy to arrange the next meet, we have an outstanding invitation from Canadian350Z to meet in Hamilton at one of his restaurants... maybe in the late May early June time frame. I post soon, by then we should both have our CAI installed.
I got a real kick of watching the parade of 14 cars move in the traffic, the stares from the other people was worth a million bucks to see (you could almost hear them say I want one of those!).
Tom, Zaino rep thanks for coming out, I still swear by the product.
Tako if you're listening I be happy to show your stuff if you want to send some up to Toronto!

Hey everyone we had a great time on Saturday. Aaron can't wait to tell his friends at school about the really cool cars and people that he met. He talked about it all the way home. We are both looking forward to the next meet. And speaking of that, if anyone is interested after the Hamilton meet, we could have a fall meet in the country, colourfull trees great country roads to tour on that kind of stuff, sorry not alot of paved parking lots but we can find a good place to hang out. Anyway thanks again it was a lot of fun. Steve thanks for the pic's Aaron has printed all of them and is taking them to school on monday.
cheers,
cheers,
Hey All!
Glad to meet everyone on the weekend. Truly a unique experience seeing all the cars there at once.
Special thanks to Tom for coming out and exhibiting his wares.... Zaino is great stuff.
As principe said, I'd be very happy hosting the next meet out Hamilton way. I've got a nice sized parking area in a somewhat upscale shopping district that I can get barricaded off for the event. Probably fit somewhere between 30 and 40 cars. Perhaps we'll invite the Ontario Z-Car club as well (I'm a member of that, too!) It would be great to see some old 240s alongside ours!
Anyways, great turnout! Hope to see you all again soon....
I leave you with a pic!
Cheers!
