Trick or Treat
Greetings "East Canada"... We sure have quite the geographical span!
I'm new to the group; only had my Z for a little over a month. I'm not looking for any immediate mods (still just working on keeping my wheels glued to the road). I am definitely looking forward to trying some "safe" driving on the tracks in Ontario next year!
I have a 2003 track edition, and am quickly discovering why the previous owner was willing to sell it as such a reasonable price...
Well, take it easy, and as we say in BMX - Keep the rubber side down!

@ 2TH_PWR:
I don't think the stock Brembo's will cut the mustard as your tracking progresses. Why go half way if you'll just have to spend again later?

I've heard they are excellent with the right pads and fluid.
And they are light.
The big kits are heavy! But I thouhgt about 14" Stop Tech 60/40

Where in Guelph are you? We will have to cruise down to Cayuga in the spring to break in that car

Those rims would looks SWEET on my car! Me want.
Put my car on jack stands today after snapping some nice pics at the waterfront by my house. A sad day indeed. But visions of next season are running through my head.
2TH PWR and I both have lap times at TMP that would net us podium positions in the Time Attack championships... I need tires!

Ugh I need so many things. Brakes, LSD, swaybars, coilovers, test pipes, and since I'm so down on power I'm considering stripping the thing. Such a waste of money. We are both about 10 seconds behind Sasha Anis in the SG Motorsports Z though. Not..... even..... close. haha.
The rest of the field is also 10-seconds behind Sasha - that guy's a magician!
Compared to the class averages, our times are quite good. For rookies I think that's pretty solid.
Check out the times from the championship here: http://cscs.ca/images//sflaptimes7.pdf
Looks like your brake issue may be resolved anyway...

Umm...happiness.
Definitely done for the year now!
Took a bunch of nice pics with a new camera down by the shores of Lake Simcoe. I still need to do a proper wax, but that may wait until spring depending on temperatures and ambition.
It's been a blast on these forums and having a local crew of fellow enthusiasts. I'm learning more every day. Thanks everyone for your contributions.

^^^Nice pic! My car is in storage now...
Putting your car on stands all winter is bad news I hear. I was going to do it myself, but after doing research found it can be bad for the suspension. I dunno if that is your intention, but you mentioned puttin the car on stands in a previous post.
