Soo Im back at the gym working out again, took a 6 month break which sucked but I went in on New years Eve quickly for 30 min, did some chest for the first time and I still cant move, damn do my ***** hurt

And I was gonna get a Redline and be the one at the meets with the red however I kind of got turned off on that color + I love the red leather stock seats which I need to get and I think that will be too much red.. So im thinking Black with the red leathers.. hmm ya i think so

Why does everyone work on chest, the first day back at the gym? hahhaha
Anyhow, remember to stretch before your workout.. also remember that you cant do the same weight that you left off at, hhaah.
