People with polished lips end up with nicer cars in the long run since they are more dedicated.

dammit i missed the delivery guy... 807am. Why would fedex deliver so early, no one can hear the door bell at 8:07! Now the tag doesn't tell me if i have to go pick it up or just wait around again.

so close to wheels yet so far away...

Are you paying for the shipping? if so he will be back 2 more times in which time you better catch him, otherwise they ship the package back to original sender.

no but the tag they left on the door says they try 3 times on consecutive business days and then it stays at their depot for a week before it is sent back.

hopefully we can hear the door bell in our sleep tomorrow....

if fedex is like retarded UPS, you have to wait until they complete 3 tries BEFORE you can go pick it up at the depot (which is utterly retarded IMO).

can you test calipers to see if they hold pressure somehow? since I did the break change on the beetle and took apart/ cleaned the calipers I cannot bleed the damn things, getting very very little feel at the very bottom. even though the fluid squirts out like a ****

The master just worked before the change, no way it went from doing nothing

No ABS so nothing to worry about.. **** ive done this many times before, just this time I cant get any pressure

I posted this in G35Driver, but I figured I'd throw it on here as well:

I think the end of the world is irrelevant

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So another forum I frequent had a thread about the CERN particle accelerator, and how a lot of people think it will cause the world to end. After a heated science vs. religion debate, I chimed in with my "Why does it matter?"

The way I see it, it doesn't matter if the world ends. Why? Because no one would ever know. Lets think about death and consequences. If I die right now, there are no consequences whatsoever to myself, but there are to others, who are in some way connected to me. My family and friends would be sad, my work would be out an employee, the bank would not get their car payments, etc... But, if everyone was dead, then there would be no consequences. No one would even know that everyone is dead, because... everyone's dead. It'd be like, you're walking down the street, whistling "I Kissed a Girl" and all of a sudden. STOP BUTTON. That's it. You won't think "Oh bummer, I'm missing that wicked concert next week" because you'll be dead. And even if you weren't, there would be no concert, because the band is dead. And so are the organizers, and everyone else that was gonna go to the concert.
There's nothing sad, or tragic about it, because the only way something can be sad or tragic, is if people are alive to think it is so. It's the same as the tree falling in a forest and there not being anyone to hear it. If the whole world were wiped out in an instant, who would miss us? The moon? It's an inanimate object.

So yea, there you have it, my theory, that the end of the world, should it come to pass as a result of the CERN particle accelerator (which I really don't think will happen), doesn't MATTER anyway.

There's no way that CERN partical accelerator will tirgger the end ofthe world. The only people who think that have no education.

end of the world????.. have you never watched Independance day?

"We're fighting for our right to live, to exist! And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice, "We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today, we celebrate our Independence Day"

lol life will go on.
