Doba/Antonio, you can find wheatgrass and any juice bar.
Try Jugo Juice or Booster Juice.

Mike,
Try it before you dump all over it. It truly does give you a huge boost in energy.
Main reason is that no matter how much veg matter you eat, your body can only process a small amount of the nutrients and proteins.

Our bodies can absorb almost 100% of the nutrients and proteins packed within the liquid wheatgrass. (also sprouts provide a similar sort of energy boost)

My doctor (who completed the iron man 7 years ago) is a huge fan and was the first person to turn me onto this (about 5 years ago).

so youre liking that Hydrazine stuff, I read some of the crap on that site and watched all the videos, pretty nice I guess not sure if thats the sound Im going for, I prefer the quiet deep tone over the screaming sound, TD will be cool, wondering about those dyno tests they've been mentioning

Is there any way to buy it in bulk for home drink-age? I'm not coo' with dropping 10 bucks a drink on a regular basis.

You can actually find it in powder form. A double shot of wheatgrass should run you less the $5, but that can add up quickly...

I am going to check GNC today, I will let you know if they have it.

No you are right. I know very little about wheatgrass. In seeing Doba's post and the general way the claims are made within that, throws up a lot of red flags in my mind. I know that claims of lymph draining, toxin removing, heavy metal removing, blood purification, and the like are generally made, but never substantiated by many products. I will read the papers, and let you know what my professional opinion is. I'm still skeptical, but I will give it a read. You are correct about the bioavailability of nutrients. Sometimes you eat it, but just can't absorb it. Perhaps Wheatgrass is just very absorbable, and rich in vitamins and minerals. On that point, more isn't always better. You can run into toxicity from too much vitamins or minerals.

doesn't the 2-into-one single tube design restrict flow from the start?
