Engine oil has way too many mixed review. I think most guys here use Motul. But I've heard that Castrol Syntec GC Formula outperforms it in terms of protection... Check UOA thread in engine section.
As for tranny and diff, motul gear oil works the wonders!

I would recommend you stick with the mobil1 0w40 synthetic. Its had good reviews in the UOA thread. It is also relatively cheap and readily available.
If you dont want to go to a dealership, I can recommend:
-SpeedStar
-Gilmans
I personally goto SS, but I have heard good things about gilmans as well.

After that one time, no way is my car going back. If his employees can't even install brake lines properly, wtf am I supposed to think. Alignment wise, I hear nothing but good things about Raymond tho

I know the LINES don't make a difference in pedal feel, but neither should they give a spongy feeling when you're supposed to have fresh fluid in there.

OP, you can check out SS if you like. Just give albert a call to see if he can slip you in.
Also, bump for AMS/Vuk, solid guy and they def know about the z's..

Normally I just do it myself. I bought a pair of Rhino Ramps from Canadian Tire (only about $50). They work really well and pay for themselves very quickly. It takes about 10min or so and saves you some cash. I use Mobile 1 but there is tons of stuff on the forum regarding oil but it might take you a few days to read it all. I got through some of it but then just went with Mobile 1 synthetic since it seemed pretty good. Some people swear by it and other don't. End of the day it is pretty much up to you as to what oil you think is best for your car.
I have the pulley's and rad on my car. Only issue is that my car blows cold air (during heating) at idle. Apparently I have some air in my cooling system and have to bleed it. Going to do it next weekend when I get a chance. Fun Fun!!! The disadvantages of driving in the winter I guess.

^This thread reveals the truth about how each oil reacts with our VQ. Reading through this will allow you to make an informed decision, instead of relying on differing personal opinions.
Happy reading!
