When I first cleaned my motor, it lasted a season or two. Second time, it lasted a couple weeks. My advice to anyone thinking about cleaning their motor is don't waste your time.
To answer the original question, you can buy a genuine nissan motor from ebay for less than $200 including shipping to Canada.
You could try these guys. They are selling them new for $190 US.

I had the same problem with my 03. Went through 5 or 6 of them. The last one has worked fine for 3.5 years.
If your window is down. hit the door panel at the bottom with your hand. It should jar it enough so that it will work to get it up.
Lots of experence with that.

I just recently got my passenger door window replaced. it would randomly go up and down or simply stop working. Took it over to the dealership, mistake number 1.
$450 for the part
$100 to check to see if the motor was the problem
$100 to realize it was the motor and replace it
$650 just to get burned, Priceless!!! ARG!
Thinking about it makes me cry.
