Always the comments from some guy in Texas Florida or California about how it's cold up here.. Yeeesh. Yes it gets cold up here for a few months, ever been to New York City? Toronto is only slightly further north then that so it's about the same.

Yes, mine has the block heater too. All Canadian Z comes with it.
Remember to open up the plug cover and clean the metal contacts once a month. The plug cover doesn't cover it air tight, so water does get inside and can start to corrode the metal contacts over time, especailly during winter driving.
