Default Is This A Good Deal?

Hi, new here obviously. Having just glimpsed at the FAQ and read what problems are plaguing what year car, etc.

I came upon this car which seems to fit my criteria for the car with the big draw being the price. I'm asking those in the know if this is a good deal or not?

Thanks

What's a reasonable expectation for a 2003? I'm liking the low mileage. It seems the 2005+ are $30k and beyond.

I know the 03's through 07's suffer from "garbage" transmissions but I figure it can't be that bad. I'm looking for something in the $25k with under 50k. Should I try another avenue? Looked at Autotrader, Craigslist, Kijiji but they all seem to be the same people posting the same ads.

Any suggestions?

i suggest you fly down to America and purchase a Z down here and drive it back! i say this becuase that is how i sold my 350z last year, it was a 2003 performance with like 70k. Apparently is worth the trip becuase you'll save thousands even with the exchange rate.

Well honestly, the price reflects the condition of the car, i dont know if its true for this car, but could be. If its mint inside and out, all original paint and such, maybe it worth 22.

If not, the seller is just fishing for a sucker.

hang on a sec, this price isn't THAT high because it has very low kms for the year. If this car is mint, then its fine.

I personally went and checked out that car for a friend and it is MINT top to bottom, left to right, front to back, inside and out! One thing not noted in the add is that it has an HKS intake (looks sexy).

Call Chris at Barrie Nissan, he is the guy pushing to sell it, he is a Z owner and also a member on here Spec_tacular I think is his screen name. I know he was pretty firm on the price at $22k. The car sold within weeks but the buyer was waiting on inheritance money to pay for it and it was taking too long so it's back up forsale.
