The deal with tickets is you don't have to pay them, they don't effect your license your insurance here in Canada. But, should you not pay your ticket then you are basically black listed in that state... if they catch you again (years later) in that state you will go to jail without passing go. I know lots of guys here who travel for work don't pay their tickets and are black listed in NY state etc lol... the one cop even let one of my coworkers go because he realized he didn't have to pay the ticket, and probably wasn't going to so he just told him to slow down and sent him on his way.

 

i got a letter saying my license is suspended. so im sure if i go there i will go to jail if caught speeding or something
