how much to replace rear quarter panel?
****in guy had his car blocking my parking spot, and I didn't spot him till I rounded the corner (my spot is near the corner) so I swerved and swiped the wall. There's a large, but shallow dent, and a smaller dent near the bottom, but I'm guessing the entire panel needs to be replaced. What am I looking at installed and painted? Any suggestions as to where?

okayyyy, so apparently it takes forever to replace a quarter panel, and I don't want to throw tons of money at this. Is this repairable?

how can we possibly answer that without pictures of the damage.
the majority of the time it's smarter to try to repair it then replace it.

Ouch, atleast the APH sticker is still good...
I suggest you repair it though rather than replacing.

crappy thing about it..is that for damage like that your pretty much gonna have to make trips to a bunch of body shops and get estimates...
its pretty much a guessing game for us...

looks repairable to me, couldn't tell you how much, but I can tell you cutting and welding a new one would cost more : P

Mine had less damage but in the same place a couple of years ago. I'm thinking is was under a grand. Not sure because the other guy's insurance paid. I had dings and creases and once they finished, you couldn't even tell it had been hit.

the rear quarter is part of the frame, so yes, getting a new one and paint is more expensive.

in the photos? no, that's my car. I mean, if he wants to trade cars because he believes we've got them mixed up, that's okay too
