BTW how is the 401 or 404 for pot holes and stuff right now? If not so good could take the high roads if I decide to drive the Z Sat.

Did 401 from Mavis to DVP/404 today, didn't go north along 404... no major issues minus that shitty area between yonge and DVP/404... general construction though... came back along gardiner/qew.. similar situation.

no salt bleach, took mine out last night/today when I noticed majority of wetspots etc were all gone... by sat afternoon you should be cruising pretty.

Again, I think it's relative to where you live... I just got back from visiting my brother at UOW in London, I wouldn't be driving my Z there now lol.

sauga streets are pretty clear in general, where abouts in TO are you? I spent a considerably amount of time also near yorkville and it's pretty good there.

Watch out for that heavy foot though, had some asshat in a RX-8 fly by me uncontent doing 120ish.. passed me stupidly must've been 150-160 right before Erin Mills on the way back... approximately 7 seconds later opp riding behind the guy behind him flew by me and he got flagged... they're gonna be out a lot this weekend considering it's the first real beauty and I have a feeling many are taking there cars out (saw 2 vettes, GTR and another modded 350 today alone).

Thanks for the update. Sounds like it wont be to bad at all. I migh opt for hwy 9 vs the 401 and then hit up the 404. I have seen some nice rides out this week and last weekend as well.

Very good point on the heavy foot. Easy to do in the z and especially on a first trip in a while.

tempted to bring my Z out this Saturday/Sunday... roads in Pickering look very good.

If the weather looks good next week I may go see Ed@APH and get my springs and exhaust installed.

Ah so tempting!

The roads are poop though around here, the frost has pushed the road around quite a bit in Barrie... the roads are very uneven and full of pot holes. I'm going to try to stick it out till may, I'm jealous of you guys though!

Coffee on, Opened the door and its brisk out but the sun is coming on strong.

I need to get the hot water bucket out to wipe the dust off her and a quick dry before i go. I have lots of MDF dust on her from from making some new sub boxes in the garage.

Its going to be a nice day to cruse and crank up some tunes.

What a gorgeous day for cruising. Too bad I'm at work. In any case, I've had the joy of driving my car much more this winter than last so I can't complain.

iam going to drive mine around the block then wash it again, (got dusty) my insurnace is not back on till march 23rd. if i put it back on now ill have to keep it on till fall. Plus the roads up here in newmarket are all full of sand and salt, i just got the kit painted 5 days before i took it off the road, so shes going to sit for awhile yet.

OPP > 401.

On the exit ramp, south onto dufferin... 4 cruisers in a row, maybe 5 feet apart... personally, i was not affected, but they had 2 cars pulled in so you had to crawl by due to limited space... my windows were rolled down, I asked one of the officers jokingly if they were eyeballing ramp speed.

Not quite. Hands free tickets... 155$ lol. Looks like the ontario goverment was cleaning up nicely too.

stay safe.

Very tempted to take her out the garage, but there's just too many pebbles and sand on the roads in my area. Just waiting for the city to bust out those street sweepers!!
