Default Anyone with TE37SL

Does anyone in the GTA running a set of TE37SL on their 350/370Z. I was hoping to get some help to test the fitment of a center cap adapter I've had made, and want to make sure it fits the rear hub properly.

Thanks!

why didn't you just get a set of regular TEs if you wanted centre caps?

I got the TE37SL cause I do track my car, I have an E92 M3, and at the time the regular TE37 for the M3 had been discontinued. The adapter just lets me put *real* volk center caps on the wheels to cover up the rusty hubs when i'm on the street. Given the bore size of the BMW is 72.5mm and Nissan is 73mm, I thought some folks here might like this solution.

And this is exactly why I want to see for myself. On the Ray's product info page for the TE37SL, it lists the bore size as 73.1mm. http://www.rays-msc.com/news/img/203-1-181220.jpg

Ya then you add a hub ring, and shazammm. Fitment.
If you have the wheels already, why do you need someone else's?

Dude, did you read my post with the pic? I have an E92 M3. Having had a G35 before, and meeting several of the folks on this board way back I though some folks in the G/Z community might be interested in something like this.

I did, but I thought you meant you have a G on SL's and a M on regular TE's? Haha
There's only one guy in the GTA wid SL's.
Why dont you just trust Volk/Rays/Mackin?

Ah, crap, I can see how people would get confused by that. Sorry!

As for trusting Volk, I definitely do. My buddy who machined the adapter noticed that the variance in bore between each wheel was less than 1/1000th of an inch, which is apparently next to impossible for a forged piece that big. The part I don't know about is whether a center cap will clear the rear wheel hub (on my G35, I had Advan RZ, and I had to get a special high center cap in order to clear the part sticking out). There is no measurement I have found for that.

There's actually 5 or 6 guys in the GTA with SLs, subbies and evos.

I still don't know what you're trying to measure. Try and get a photo and draw some lines on it.

All i'm trying to measure is the center bore of the wheel (i.e. the hole in the middle of the wheel at the point where the center cap would normally go). If you take a look at the picture above, I am trying to measure the diameter of the outer silver ring (and to make sure any bolt inside doesn't rub).

I meant in Z fitment Blain!!! He means the bolt on the hub of the car in relation to the 73.1 center bore of the wheel. He is making an adapter so Volk caps can be mounted to SL's and wants to measure it.
