how much power can be gained with lets say the 2nd version of the NISMO Competition Heads and the reccommended parts from NISMO? Lets say we did decide to throw in a set of S1 Cams, would the car still be streetable/daily driver?

at least 300-350 rwhp would be awesome. That combined with shorter gearing and a low inertia flywheel would be a blast. Gt3 porshe racer. But the problem is expenses, and installation.
The installation would have to be outstanding and so would the tuning. Those two things are very important.
Make this the high quality, safe and reliable avenue for fun power and people will gladly pay 7 grand. But 7 grand for three to five months of headaches engine poblems is bad.
By what i'm reading it seems like you guys know what you're doing but will the installer of my kit when Ii buy it be the same.
I'd rather have you guys install the kit as well. and do the tuning. where are you located?

The plan is to have our tuner set up the ECU for tuning and all you would need is to have a compatant installer put the new heads and cams on the intake and plug the new ecu in. anyone will be able to do it.

Engine Package
1.) Nismo Competition Stage 2 Heads 32mm Valve Seat
$2,499.00
2.) Nismo Titanium Valve Set
$799.00
3.) Nismo R-Tune Cams
$1,321.00
4.) Crawford Plenum
$395.00
5.) Crawford Headers
$1,195.00
6.) Crawford High Flow Cats
$500.00
7.) Technosquare ECU Reflash
$595.00
TOTAL: $7,304.00
This is the most logical Package I could come up with to hit the 300-350whp mark N/A. These items should still enable daily driving but I'm not sure about the higher pc and camshafts and how they'll affect the quality.

I don't think that you'll be able to hit that mark with Nismo R-Tune Cams. It seems that they are only good enough for around 270hp. You migt have to go for Spec-1 cams.

Go F/I with internals being reinforced for serious hp. It seems the peeps that went N/A are very disappointed with their results and also feels as though they wasted their money. I say if your going to do anything, go all out base on your budget! 15 grand for internals, twin turbo kit, dyno tuned and installed in the car around 600+hp. Damn I don't think that is too bad for a car 30k and invest probably 20k more in it including F/I done right the first time plus few more goodies. On top of that whooping on majority of the cars on the road I say GO FOR IT!

would it be much trouble for someone to explain how those heads raise the compression ratio with stock pistons? Would it mean if you used 8.5 pistons that you'd be around the same compression ratio as stock? Isn't it a bigger chamber? Wouldn't that be like lowering the compression?

i believe that the heads raise the compression because the distance from the piston at TDC and the actual valve wall is decreased from the stock distance. just like people use thicker head gaskets if they want to lower the compression. thicker meas the distance is increased.
