I personally think the HP gain is minimal, but the revs are smoother and quicker! I believe Unorthodox Racing is the only brand you can get..but there may be others I dont know about...

When I had an eclipse, I had the owner of www.aspracing.com fabricate (CNC) an underdrive pulley at about 1/2 the cost of UR. All he needs is a stock pulley . . . anyone want to be the guinea pig?

I won't pursue it since my idle is a touch erratic, but I know this guys quality is equal or better to UR.

Unorthodox is the way to go for the VQ35...

We run them on our race cars, I run it on my street car...

We have seen gains from 6RWHP across the full RPM range up to 12RWHP...

Only the crank pulley makes power.. .the other 2 pulley's are for looks...

UR isn't a bad company and do have a history of performance. When I had the 3G eclipse, we had to seek another vendor since UR pulled their pulleys due to the SES light and would not rectify the situation . . .

On my Z, I chose UR and had no problems. If I had a stock pulley that I could part with for a few weeks, I would have sent it to aspracing for him to fabricate one.

Not worth the money, not a big enough weight difference to notice the benefits.

It sure makes a difference in engine response especially with the lighter flywheels...

It made my TIlton set up even MORE responsive...

I also can testify to the benefits of the UR Pulley set. Car revs noticably faster. My butt dyno put it above my Tanabe back end and mid pipe so I think it's a great bang for your buck mod.

I didn't feel jack from it, maybe too many things done at the same time, the flywheel did make a difference.

what else did you install at the same time?

If it was the turbo, then you wouldnt have noticed it... but if you did the pulley after the turbo... WOOOOT!

Putting on a tilton set up with the turbo it is like a completely different car all over again

Before my friend put his tilton on his Greddy TT 350z I felt my car pulled harder then his...

but with his tilton on there... wowzer!

No I put it on last March along with advanced timing and plenum.

At that time I already had the y-pipe, fujitsubo Legalis R, flywheel, intake.
