Default When is a 350 not a 350?

When it's bored of course.

Anyone figure out what the new displacement is (at .20 over)?

Do lower compression pistons add to the displacement?

when you say .20 over, i assume you mean .20mm (.0078"), and not .020" right?

if you mean .20mm, the increase would be from 3493cc's to 3508cc's (or negligible)

if you mean .020" the increase would be from 3493cc's to 3530cc's (pretty much negligible too)
