Default Stillen Valve Body Upgrade??

Hey whats up guys. I have a 5AT 04 touring and I was wondering if any of you auto-Z drivers here got the valve body upgrade from stillen. I know that mod is really pricey (like $600 ) but I heard its one of the best mods you can do. For those of you that have it how fast does the car shift between gears and how does it affect daily driving?

Forget Stillen, SGP racing is what you want.

IMHO the Z 5AT shifts just fine. If you are wanting to improve stright line performance, go with a higher stall speed converter and some drag radials.

How would a valve body affect the tranny though. I don't to boil my trans. fluid or blow it up.

You cant compare an auto FI with a NA auto using the the VB. Of course with FI, it accelerates a lot faster so it gives the impression that the sgp vb is shifting faster but if it was straight NA with mods then that's different.

They even recommend a tranny cooler if you want to put on a VB upgrade.
