Default 5AT with TN ST

I have been trying to get an answer to this issue for quite some time already. Unfortunately the dealers and even the company itself were reluctant to discuss the topic.
I am set on putting in the TN ST 5AT kit in spring. Eventually the SGP VB upgrade will be done, but initially I am planning to run the tranny stock except for an external cooler (B&M w/a thermostat valve). How long of a window do I have to install the valve body before I start causing damage to the tranny?
Also, from what I understand the 5AT TN kit does not have any issues with missed shift as long as the tyres do not break traction. I am running Toyo T1S 275 width. Do you think it will suffice or should I upgrade as soon as I bolt up the kit?
Does this all buisness mean that I have to launch very gingerly to avoid any tranny issues?
