Install Kit 1 for Central 20 Final Drive $29.50

Install Kit 2 for Central 20 Final Drive (for cars with build date up to 01/05) $288.00

Install Kit 2 for Central 20 Final Drive (for cars with build date after 01/05) $288.00

So all we need to order is the first FD and the install kit #1 ($499 + $29.50)?
What is the install kit 2? Why would we need it?

It says on the site what the parts in each install kit are. You will need #1 for sure. #2 is not necessary, but is recommended on high mileage cars. When I had my gears installed, I did not need to replace the bearings so I didn't get kit 2.
