Changing to any underdrive pulley will require getting new belts.
In the UR pulley set, the other pulleys are the same size, it's the crank pulley that is different, thus the need for new belts...
if you don't want to change belt size, then the KJR pulley that we sell is your best bet...
I just installed the lightweight stock-sized KJR pulley on my car yesterday.

It made a nice difference, not huge, but i feel it. The car revs quicker, and the SC is more responsive. Worth the money

Chimmike,
The Z28 would ideal fine, no problems. If the car idled for 15 minutes, with the head lights on, we would have to jump start the car. He never had problem till, he replaced pulleys. It's possible the battery or alternator developed problems .The car was bought new and just over a year old when the pulleys were changed.

well on a turbo technically, you can run either pulley, the UR or the KJR.
for supercharged applications, KJR is the one that will work since you can't change the belt sizes etc...
Now, as for which one makes more power.... I haven't dynoed these to compare, but being a person who has tried both on their car, I feel that both are very similar. Any difference between the two is small at best, and not really noticeable. I have had no issues with either, both went on easily, fit well, and work well...

Guys you also might wanna check these guys out. This is the pulley I run. They have the non-underdrive crank pulley too, just not on the site yet.

Does anybody have a link to a PDF with installation instructions for the KJR? I'd like to see how bad it is to DIY. I just finished installing my own CAI. It took me a while, and I broke a couple of plastic tie wraps...but it went it ok. I'll be posting my installation instructions along with some clarifications that I think Nissan should put in their manual.
EDIT: found my manual http://www.kjrperformance.com/docs/K...%20Install.pdf
teaches me to post without searching the web first.
