why would u do that? If i was u, id buy the aftermarket flywheel, either Nismo or JWT and combine that with the JWT or Nismo clutch. Ull save money in install. Eventually, ur going to think of replacing the flywheel anways and might as well do it in 1 process. If u have $ for the flywheel yet, i suggest u save up for money. Jus my opnion.
by the way, alot of poeple are very satisfied with JWT flywheel and Nismo clutch. Id look into that and do some research before u buy it! Good luck!
what he said. well kinda, i didnt brake bolts, the threads in the aluminum JWT flywheel shredded. this is my daily driver right now, and i need it back running asap. so i cant wait on a replacement. all i need is the stronger clamping force, not the faster rev.
I read your other post as well, but I would suggest just using the stock flywheel for now. Self installs are always easier the second time around if you truly want to go with the lighter flywheel. Either that, or I would order a new one and rent a car for a few days until you had the new one installed. I know it sucks, but I wouldn't take a chance and possibly damage the crank shaft or main bearings.
