Default Emissions Concern

Guys,

I am interested in this Z. It was once registered in Texas, but now has been transferred to California by the owner and driven for a year in Southern Calif. (Passed emissions inspection).

Do I see any problem in the future with this emission thing? I was at Performance Nissan this morning and they told me that the warranty is the same under the 3year/36kmiles, but when the warranty runs out, the charges are different.

Anything else besides this I should be concern about? Isn’t the Z a 50 state emission vehicle?

Thanks,
Tony

They all come with the same emissions system... There is no "Federal" or "california" versions... All 350Z that were purchased in the USA have the same California emissions...

As long as the person didnt do anything with high flow cats / non-carbed intake / headers etc, your fine!
