i know most of the people here hire somebody to tune their car. but a question to those that tune theirs.
do you tune from 1000 rpm all the way to 7100 rpms on open loop? (open loop =>40% throttle)
if you tune from 1000 to 3000 rpms, what is the ratio you tune it at? 13.0 or 14.5?
14.7 is the most effiecient for emmisions 13.6 makes the most power, 12.6 makes good power and is still safe
WTF You cant just say XX.X A/F makes the most power you are WRONG. Every car is different. Some NA Z's make good power at 13:1, others at mid 12's A/F. And your 12.6 for safe power is BS with FI, that is way to lean for anything above 3500rpm's...
n/a. I understand that every car is different. Usually there is a range where you tune at. most popular is between 12.5 and 13.1.
Do you guys tune from 1k rpms or 3k up?
I guess tn means technosquare? cause i did that too and my car seems to be on 13.0 at wot between 1k-3k. some people tell me it should be in closed loop between 14.5-15.0.
