I don't know if there is really a demand yet for people want to piece together turbo kits with our custom turbo manifolds. I am sure there will be in 5 years, but I assume most owners currently want a bolt-on kit that works right out of the box.

I have a couple of things I would like to see:

1) Mid-pipe- There are a lot of people out there (like myself) that just have a y-pipe, and would like to at least have a mid-pipe to go along with it, and I believe Japtrix is the only company that's offering one right now.

2) Reasonably priced "long tube" equal length headers- Crawford's headers are supposedly awesome, but it's hard for me to justify $1000 for them. Something that offers similiar gains that's a little easier on the wallet would be nice.

We will probably end up having both shorty headers and eventually come out with some long tube headers. Now that we got the mandrel bender going.

how about a bad *** intake manifold with tuned and straight runners, large velocity stacks, and massive plenum displacement?

Awesome... I can't wait for em to come out! Besides that, I'm not sure how much you guys get into NA tuning. I was looking through your site and I see alot of turbo cars. However, a skilled tuner is a skilled tuner so perhaps you could piece together an ITB kit for cammed Zs. Maybe make the ITB kit and bundle it with cams and a tuning solution from other companies.

ITB is gonna be expensive no matter who makes. Although I would think that if done correctly an ITB would be much easier to do with Drive by wire than by mechanical means and would be easier to keep tuned I think it will ever be a cheap option. Building your motor with some JE pistons and eagle rods will more than likely be a cheaper option than an ITB. Just my .02 cents though.

I'm still not convinced that FI is safe on this block (as it is on the SR, RB, CA series). Therefore, FI is not a viable option for me until this motor dies from old age (I'm at 60k now) and I swap it out for a built RB series crate motor. But, I am probably jumping the gun on ITBs at this point in time, first I need to finish up all my bolt ons, cams, etc. Eventually though, I think Z owners will be looking for that icing on the cake and since there are very few options out there RnR can be one of the pioneers.

Why are you not convinced on FI on the stock block. As with any motor this block can handle tons of power (enough for most people that is 500+) with a good tuner. yeah you cant detonate and much as something like an RB because you have an aluminum block. For the price you will spend on that RB you could have a 600+ whp VQ with gobs more torque.

LARGER 85mm TB, but someone is already working on it. Most of all short ram sealed CF box to resist heat. the K&N Aircharger is great but the box is metal and is hot as fire and it isnt long enough to reach the air inlet letting heat from the engine bay flow directly into the box. I was better off with the AEM CAI it stayed cooler anyway but doesnt work well with some plenums due to the turbulance factor.
