Default Want to keep my Z NA??

I would like to keep my Z NA. If anyone could give me a run down or list of mods that would help increase my whp. I would like the end result, if possible, to be around 300whp. any help would be appreciated.

intake, ehxaust, headers, maybe some kind of cams? just guessing... but if youre going to crack open the engine you might as well rebuilt it and make 600 :/

Maybe some kind of chip or performance ECU?

so I am getting a exhaust in a couple of weeks. I wanted to get a nismo cold-air intake, a spacer, a crank pulley, nismo headers, is there anything else that anyone thinks would be a good bolt-on?

Don't buy Nismo anything(except exhaust). To me it's overpriced for what you get.

If you're gonna get an intake buy Fujita or a JWT popcharger. For the Nismo tag buy Crawford headers.

You're not gonna be even close to the 300 mark with those mods.

I have done a little research from this site and jwt, and the pop charger gives an amazing 6.5 whp. But my question is can I install it on a 350z without a bumper with the air passage hole as the front bumper in the picture

99% are installed with regular bumpers with great success.

Also look at the K&N Full-Typhoon. I have it and love it.

Everyone that has a Typhoon will tell you to get a Typhoon too..

I really dont want to start another intake battle, I was just giving the guy my opinion. They are both Great, the Pop-Charger costs half what the Typhoon does, Makes about the same power at -80 Degree F, but less above 80., the Typhoon has a much more agressive sound. If it is worth it too him, is all up to him.

the popcharger is hyped up way too much...i have the Injen CAI, and its great...the intake doesn't make that much of a difference anyway actually...oh wait, i forgot about the guy who ran in the 12's on only a popcharger, with blown rear tires to boot!

Ok, my mods are on my sig. With almost all my breathing mods done, u lose low end torque and my car is probably running lean. u do gain top end but low end torque is what u use every day so its up to u to decide what is more important to u. the car is loud as h***. But after all the breathing mods are done, you HAVE to get a tune(UTEC being the best).
Then ur inconsistent A/F Ratio will be tamed and u will have a smoother and consistent power curve.(Waiting on my UTEC since its on national backorder!!)

My whp with only the topspeed exhaust, injen short ram, and ur crank pulley measured @ 264.5 and tq was @ 249. It was measured on a dyno dynamics load based dyno. Now with a plenum spacer, test pipes and a great UTEC tune, im hoping to push into the high 70's low 80's.

hmmm doesn't a dyno dynamics load based dyno and a dastek naturally put out higher numbers than they should?? or maybe i just have really really crappy mods and i actually gotta replace them (eventually) with better, quality ones...
i got an '03 enthusiast with:
-nismo cold air intake
-motordyne 5/16 iso thermal plenum spacer
-megan racing downpipes
-megan racing headers
-ark racing y-pipe
-ark racing exhaust
-unorthodox racing style billet pulley set
-z-xtreme grounding wire kit

on a dynojet i got only 243.89 to the wheels w/ max torque of 237.72. the run conditions were 74 degrees and 46% humidity. sae: 0.98
my a/f ratio is really smooth and the guy that did my dyno said that my car is like 1 out of 20 350z's that came out properly tuned already or something like that. the reason i believe him is cuz i was there to actually have them install my unichip and dyno tune it, but he said it would only give me like 2hp and a lil more torque making the unichip useless cuz its already running at its optimal limit. if they really wanted to milk me for my cash they woulda done it anyway and charge my dumbazz, but they didn't.
