Does Nismo LSD work with AT final Gear?

Does Nismo LSD work with AT final Gear?
I am in market for Nismo LSD and I was looking through Performance Nissan web site. they said that LSD will not work with AT final gear. Is this true?

No, the 3.3 ring gear is 10 mm thicker than the 3.5. Because the diff attaches to the ring gear, that thickness difference keeps the 3.3 from working with differentials designed for the 3.5.
Quaife and Cusco are your only 2 options. Quaife is a drop-in for open diff, Cusco is a drop-in for VLSD. If you have VLSD and go Quaife, you need to replace the axle stubs, and vice versa for Cusco.
