Anyone know what happend to AAM? Ive sent several emails and called several times in the past week and no one ever answers and all the voicemail boxes are full?

 

I heard through the grape vine they aren't doing so well...

 

Well they doubled charged my card for something and they need to fix it. I'll just keep on trying.

 

If you don't get in touch with them in a week or so, I'd consider cancelling the second charge.. that shouldn't be too hard. Hopefully it works out before it somes to that.

got in touch with them today, the item had been shipped twice two but they are getting me a RA number and refund.

 

Ok AAM, i need you to call me back with the RA number so i can ship. Phones arnt working again.

 

Mailboxes still full and no replys. AAM you jump ship?

 

I've found it easiest to ring the sales department lines (#4) since David has been very good about picking up. Then he can redirect me to whoever I need to speak with. They're there, I spoke with Jason on Friday.

 

So, what happened to William, and the rest of the crew that walked out?

 

I (Noah) am at performance Motorsports in NY. AAM still does quality work...and is still running....they may get busy but their work is top notch and worth the wait. To this day I have still never seen a mechanic as diligent as Frank!!!!

 

Yeah the easiest way to get to them is to call them and hit option 4. Theyre there and still do great work, my car is down there now gettin a bunch of stuff done so its all good.

 

No matter how anybody might feel about the shop for whatever reason, I don't think anybody can deny the truth on that. Frank is an incredible tech and reason #1 my car went back there. Great guy, even better mechanic.
