A couple of things:

Do the HKS head gaskets instead of the Nismo's. They will seal better with the stopper rings.

Tomei cams will not work with the Rev-up heads with magnetic valve timing.

Yeah, I was going to post that the Rev-Up motors have different heads, but I can tell you have found that out, sorry.

Not all 05' Z's are Revups! Only the Track and 35th anniversary are, so double check on what you have...+1 on HKS headgaskets....

few things to mention

1. the stock heads have a 3 angle valve job already
2. oversized valves - not with only a Tomei 268...I wouldn't bother
3. Tomei 268's are no longer in regular production
4. The NISMO headgaskets are excellent

If you end up striking out with the heads you got, let me know. I have a set of 03 heads I'm selling that will work perfectly for your engine builder to play with and build

Z Phat Z - a 268 cam is not a particularly aggressive unit, and as such, stock valves are perfectly large enough for air flow.

Did everybody miss this little query?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: do a search for 300 hp and see what you find. It is the golden nugget of N/A builders - only a couple of people I've seen have attained 300 whp, and that's with a fully built engine and lots of tuning.
