Default rear cooling?

Pathy rear cooling mod:

I've searched up and down this forum for more info on this mod, but kept getting threads leading me the wrong way and subjects no where near the info that I want.

I'm looking for an installation instructions, part numbers or so.

I downloaded the FSM off the pathy and found some stuff, but it seems that on the pathy it has alot more plumbing involved with it, I'm wondering how it hooks up to our set up.

will I need all these parts?

if someone can give me a site or price range for the whole system I would appreciated.

TEK..

personally, i just drilled and tapped fittings in and acheived the same thing, minus the thermostat function, for about $4.

Okay, that first picture (post #6) is the 350Z service manual. on the left side. you have to cut the O-ring pipe section off and use hose and two each hose clamps to connect the OEM pathfinder rear water rail? correct?

Also, if you decide to not buy the pathfinder rear oem rail you can just tap your original 350z rail?

see the next two pics?

So is that it?

See im thinking of going out and buying the pathfinder unit. From what i gather all i need to do is cut that left side 350Z coolant tube and put a hose section with 2 each clamps on each end to connect to the pathfinder rear rail?

But i have one question? where does item #3 (water bypass hose) on the first picture (350z service manual pic) attach at the pathfinder rear rail?

Does it attach here on the next pic?

From what the service manual says, I think the only other thing i need is new gaskets at all the connections and a new o ring at the temp sensor location.

okay, ive called one dealer so far? and to do the pathy mod using the pathfinder rear water line, thermostat, fittings and gaskets will cost close to 250 bucks for all the parts.

So, the non thermostate version that OverZealous1 is talking about (pic on post #7) is a low cost alternative for sure?
