Default Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs

are these worth a damn? (when they do actually come out for the Z's motor)

i'd keep the oem plugs. The dealer would blame it on the plugs and void your powertrain warranty, trust me.

Over the years I have seen serious problems with the +4 on Nissans......any knock can cause an electrode to break off and score the piston and cylinder wall..........seen this 6 times on Q45 and 4 times on older 300zx.

Stick with oems as nothing will create more power or last as long.
The extremely high voltage from coil on plug ignition requires you to match plugs to the oem design.

overall the bosch +4s are absolute crap

bosch plugs in general are crap. Stick with NGK

BIG BIG BIG +1 Bosch just seems to make **** anymore. NGK, even their Cheaper V-Power Plugs are Excellent!

Everything extra [electrodes] you put in combustion chamber has a way of restricting the flame front from it's designed dispersion shape and rate..........just another thing to allow spark knock to begin.

I'll take the cheapest denso's over those overpriced pieces of junk anyday, and I have agian and again.

I fouled two of them in 3 weeks, went back to the el cheapo denso and ran them forever.
