Default want to rebuild shortblock!

Hi I want to rebuild my shortblock to run more boost on my procharger but there is no one around where I live thats good! I live in montreal, Canada and dont care to have it stripped down to ship it but dont know where. Anybody know of some good places?

That still doesn't solve the problem of installing the motor, unless there is a very good and reliable mechanic that the OP knows of that can handle a motor swap...
