Reaction to New ACT clutch and Flywheel...
#41
I´m searching a fly wheel coz I have a new aftermarker clutch without fly wheel, the problem is choose the good weight for the fly wheel, what´s the best choose, 11lbs or 17lbs?

Hey guys, first off I'm glad this thread exists as I have been going back and forth on the same clutch & flywheel setups listed here (ACT & JWT) My question is, my Z is my daily driver and I AutoX frequently (during the season). My question is which setup would benefit me (if possible) in AutoX but still be tolerable as a DD? Also, Anyone have video of these setups showcasing the flywheel chatter? I searched youtube didn't really come up with much. If it matters, my Z is an 07 Enthusiast and is bone stock.

either the JWT or ACT would work very well for all conditions
the ACT is the quiter between the 2
Exedy also offers a very nice setup (clutch/flywheel combo) that we have used with great success on the HR engine (07+). One of the few who's pressure plate was correctly designed for the revised setup on the 07 + cars
