Default Got the car back

I was having issues with a shop installing my jwt clutch / ACT flywheel.
This morning I went to pick it up, and the check engine light was on. I asked if maybe the Crank Sensor was not plugged in. So he went under the car and plugged it in, check engine light was gone, and the car started up fine.

BUT, now I am concnernced that something else is fuked up.
He said I was missing a bolt that connects the tranny to the engine, and he tried to put one in, but the threading was stripped...

Also, the gears are really really notchy, 1st gear and reverse are really hard to engage. Do I need to spend an additional 500-700 and take this thing to Nissan??? Or is it normal for a new clutch to be difficult to put in gear? Also, its not difficult every time, sometimes its easy to put in....Any help would be appreciated, TIA.

word of advise, don't take your car there no more. I don't know what they did but it isn't normal.
