Default Do any Pulleys not cause oil leaks?

So I been reading up and im just wondering if there's any pulleys that don't cause the seal to grove the pully and leak oil? I see the KJR and CNR ones are too soft. Anything?

Oh and I have the CNR pulley set, by installing the other lighter pulleys w/o the crank pulley will I even benefit at all?

The Unorthodox Racing pulley has a steel sleeve over that area to avoid this issue.

My crank pulley that I am making will not have this issue and will be a bit lighter than the stock pulley but since it is one-off for a supercharger that doesn't do you any good lol.

Haha yeah, there's people out there that buy a sleve that is very thin from a company that seems to be harder and work well. I may try that 1st.

I would just take .05 off the overall diameter where the seal meets the pulley and press a sleeve on there of 303stainless or somethings.

The sleeve that is available is very thin; no machining of the pulley shaft is needed.

What's the link to that sleve again? It's thin but I seen where you have to be very careful not to cut the seal when putting it in.

It is a perfect fit for the shaft diameter, fitting 1.887-1.893" (shaft is 1.89") and has a depth of .551" (pulley shaft depth is .690"), which won't quite cover all of the pulley shaft, but is plenty deep enough to cover the area of it that the seal wears a groove in, which is all that counts.
