Default engine stalled while driving (base 6spd)

hey guys, werid thing happened over the weekend. when i was just about to pull into my driveway, my engine stalled out on me and it took me couple attempts to start it back up. it didnt stall b/c of typical manual trans stalling, but the car was actually rolling and i had my clutch disengaged.

then the next day, i was driving on the fwy, my engine suddenly bogged down and the engine light came on.

what could it be? i don't want to send it to the dealer yet b/c its out of warranty. some mods that i have are only pop charger and kentix plenum. could it be i have an air leak on the plenum? should i throw the stock one back on and reset the ECU to see if that fixes the problem? or can it be that a spark plug fouled? any help would be great. thanks guys!

pop charger has been known to stall engines while the car is moving and the clutch is pressed in for too long (or if you're in nuetral) the high pressure area in the bumper + air moving into there at speed causes more air to go down the intake and past the throttle body than the engine at idle expected so it stalls....

I'm going to bet that is your issue.

-thanks shush
but i've had the pop charger for a while already, is it normal for it to occur during any given time? should i clean the filter and reset the ecu? and clean the TB and air sensor in the tube??

it's likely a popcharger problem.

if you can raise your idle somehow, you should not have this problem.

you can definitely try to reset your ECU and see if that helps.

alternatively, you can try to clean your MAF using a spray MAF cleaner
