My Z has been in the garage all winter, but the weather's getting nice enough that i can take her out...i was going to drive to work tomorrow, but i'm thinking maybe it won't be the best idea without changing the oil first...its been about 5-6 months and about 1800 miles since my last oil change, since the car's been sitting in the garage all winter (started and revved every 2 weeks)...would it be OK to drive it for a few weeks until i can change it myself, or should i change the oil before taking her out?

 

I need to get one......6300 miles since last oil change. I'm using Mobil 1...what are you using?

Like everyone else has said just drive it. I was gone for 3 months (Afghanistan) and my car sat without even being started. Battery was dead but car runs just as strong as it always has. Just checked the oil/fluid levels but I still feel like I need to change the oil soon - just haven't gotten around to it yet.

 

i'll just drive it i guess...i'm using mobil full synthetic...is it mobil 1?...can't remember...either way, i'm sure i'll be fine for a month or so...thanks guys
