Default gauges. HELP

Hi what does the middle gauge mean on the console. The one with 60 120 and PSI under it. im having problems with it, the needle is stuck all the way at 120.

doesnt is metion something on the lines of oil as well, not just psi if i remember correctly.

The manual is your friend. I guess that big word in the center is confusing you (OIL).

Psssst...it's oil pressure.

wait you are saying its pegged at 120 even when ur at idle? or only when you are giving it a considerable amount of gas.

cuz if its at idle, u miiight want to get that looked at.

and im pretty sure this was another example of those people who thing they are hilarious by posting ridiculous questions to see everyones response. (i.e. "What does ICY mean? or "What size engine does a 350Z have?")

when i turn on the car it goes all the way past 120 and just stays there and does not motion at all...driving or idling

It's not a ridiculous question. That just started happening to me today. Mine wasn't at 120, but with the engine off and the key on ON position, it was reading like 80-90.

The sensor (sending unit) is misreading/malfunctioning. You might have to replace it. The sensor is like 50-60 bucks. I am looking for the best price now.
