Ok guys sorry for the delay. I pulled the trans at the same time and sent it out to be rebuilt. Trans came in and I put everything back together. Started it up and VROOM!!! Its all good!!! Thanks guys for those who replied and helped with parts.
Heres what I would do with ANY pulley thats been replaced. Make sure the crank bolt has red loc tite on it. Re TQ it after 1000 miles. If you do these things I dont think you'll have any problems.

I was talking about the generic all aluminum ones for sale on ebay and other shops. I have a custom stock sized aluminum crank pulley made by ASP that does't have a sleeve. I bought it when i had a procharger and haven't removed it.

CNR pulley with grooves in the aluminum b/c no steel sleeve. This is probably where yours is heading... although I had a CNR on mine for several months without an oil leak. I did, however, have these grooves on it when I took it off.
So like Eazzzzzzy said, it'll be fine until the grooves eventually cause it to leak, then sleeve it (or sleeve it now) and it'll be fine.
My way of thinking is--- If you buy it new and it is not sleeved, sleeve it. There are times on a new product, I will go so far as Heli-Coiling potential trouble spots before the trouble starts
