I just don't think the Z can hit 5-flat stock. Good tires can overcome some traction issues but I dunno.

It's "Don't Talk Peak Numbers" month. Peak #'s are for magazine racing...

lol. That's the first RSX joke I've laughed at in a while. Thank you.

I know it's a bit off, but here's a stock 07 whp/tq dyno'd..

There's not as much tq as I'd like but it's not horrible by any means.

Personally I could care less about the 0-60 times as it all is dependent on the driver, road conditions, and several other factors. It's a very gray area and as we've seen so far a useless venture.

Id have to dig up my old Dynojet run files to compare for sure. One thing is for sure, the TQ up top falls off much faster in the HR than in previous years, AND (take it from a drag racer) a 3.5 FD with a 7500rpm redline is waayyy to long of a gear for the HR powerband NA-that coupled with the top end tq curve doesnt allow it to shine. BTW-highest stock non revup, standard motor trap is 104mph. The fastest HR has trapped 104.XXmph, another (avergare driver) guy did 101-102mph (and ran 13.7-same as my weaksauce 03'), so while they may run a few tenths quicker (witha good driver!) they arent all that.

BTW-that last part of your post is ridiculous!!! A stock 07' trapping better than any stock or bolt-on 03'!? See my info above from the 2 or 3 HR's who have run at the track-including VTEC whp is a great driver having run 13.3 witha "hurt" clutch, no more than 105mph trap out of that car. That is with guys who have dyno'd 260-265whp in stock HR's. I dyno'd 262whp (with MUCH less under the curver according to you) with my 03'with bolt-ons and I trapped 107mph NA. The day a STOCK 07' traps 107mph I'll start a thread and apologize to you--->dont hold your breathe.

My cousin has an 07 and I'm full bolt-ons. I'll try to give him a run whenever I'm back in my hometown
