Running lean, walbro pump

i have come to the conclusion that i just have to get it tuned..i will be taking the car to SGP hopefully next week... right now she is just sitting in the garage... here is a list of problems that we are currently experiancing...
First the car was running lean since it wasnt getting any fuel... after drilling out the FPR and modifying the fuel assembly the car is getting plenty of fuel.
Now the car is running rich... at idle it is about 8.5 then in drive it drops down to about 0.3...
Car is also back firing out of the driver side exhaust after installing Fast Intentions test pipes... and running rich
Drivers side muffler is blowing cool air while the passanger side is blowing hot.
Car is shaking pretty bad at idle... sounds real rough....
Here is a list of everything that has been done...
-Vortech Supercharger
-3.3 pulley
-Vortech supplied Fuel Managemet Unit not using Aux fuel pump since we did the Walbro 255
-Walbro 255 w/ FPR drilled to 7/64, yellow fuel nozzle popped out and 2 holes drilled into the plastic bottom of the fuel assembly
-JWT oil pan spacer
-UTEC
-Tranny Cooler
-NGK iridium plugs (6AIX) 2 sets... First set fried from running to lean
-Fast Intentions Test pipes... no non foulers since the Utec doesnt read off the o2 sensors...
That is pretty much the set up and it is running like sheeeeot!!! Hope the SGP tune will take care of it....
