OEM plugs are NGK platinum. I think they are pretty good.
Courtesy Nissan has them:

Denso iridium! But wont get a performance increase out of a spark plug unless your running a high horsepower applications. Or you've been fouling out...LOL

NGK PLFR5A-11''s are stock and unless your modded they are the best. Iridiums will last you a little longer. You will see a marked improvement in mileage if you have more then 30K on the current plugs. Idle will improve and throttle tip in will be smoother. In other words....DO IT!

its not that hard...really once you take off the cover and move some of the lines its just a matter of getting access to the points...the back 2 are the hardest to get to

The best is the NGK PLFR6A-11. You can use this plug NA with no problems. Its is actually even an optional dealer plug for NA cars in very high ambient temperatures.

i used the NGK PLFR6A-11. You can get them almost anywhere- checker, autozone, NAPA, etc. I cannot recall the exact price, but it was about 4 bucks a piece or so.
