HELP!! Emange Ultimate Upgrade
Today my car was running just fine. I came home on a lunch break and decided to update my Emanage Ultimate from ver. 1.09 to ver 2.12. The update was successful on my PC. Then after I updated the main unit itself the car went to hell. The engine vibrates a lot at low speeds and at higher speeds until about 4k rpm. There is a strange exhaust noise that sounds like air escaping from a small source and making a pulsing noise. My ignition timing it the same as it was so is the injector duty cycle. My knock sensor reads 108% but it reads that even when the engine is off but the unit is still online. I have tried every different setting, advanced my ignition timing and retard it. Changed the injector maps, i mean everything. Can someone please tell me what is going on or at least help me?! I need my car for tomorrow so I don't have much time.
I can provide more information that is needed. Even a sound/video clip if thats what I have to do. PLEASE HELP!!

Big move upgrades can cause all kinds of issues. You will probably need someone to go in and change, update several settings. I can't even recall version 1.09, as its been such a long time.
If all else fails, can you simply go back to the original version? Mohds emange website should have all the firware versions for you.

I tried everything, I got a hold of the old version and firmware but that didn't work at all. I set everything back to the way it came when I first got it, and it didn't work.
A little update I have taken the Emanage out along with the wiring and am in the middle of resting my ECU. I tried that fast way to rest the ECU but it seemed all it did was clear my error codes. The error code reads Misfiring on Multiple cylinders PO300. So I have the battery off right now and i am resting the ECU by taking the 24 hour rest and seeing if that works. I will let you guys know how it goes later on tonight.
I was thinking about getting a UTEC since my emanage is not working right at all and I cannot rest it back to the factory settings in the main unit itself. Every time I try and do it, it keeps asking me if I wanna communicate with main unit, and I click yes but it just keeps asking me that and never connects. The difference I saw with the new update was that the connection message said Would you like to communicate withe Emanage and VMANAGE. I dont know why it thinks I have a Vmanage but o well.

Well the ECU rest did not work. I have emailed Greddy and am waiting for a response. Now the engine is giving me the error code P0302 = Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected. So I have no idea what to do right now. I really don't have the time to send out my ecu to be re flashed, I need this car for work and all. If anybody has any kind of help at all please give me anything you got.
Just a note when I upgraded to Ver. 2.12 I had the capability of the V-manage. I had control over the Valve Timing IN. However the data logger did not read anything nor when I plugged in minor values did it read anything either. Just thought I would add that.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanks
Chris

The only thing I can think of is sending your ECU to technosquare for a flash. I don't know much about drivetrain and upper engine operations but I hope you didn't through some things out of synch thjat would cause inner-engine parts collisions.
So even with the EU taken out and the ECU by itself, you still get bad operations?

Update: I was working on the engine and I found that the coil itself on cylinder #2 is not working. There is voltage going into it but no spark, and the plug is good I check it. I will be going to the infiniti dealer after work today and picking up one. I will let you guys know what happens.

Damage
Here you can see the damage done to the coil. Seemed like it bubbled up and then cooled. I get the new coil Saturday morning around 10ish. So I will let you guys know if this solved my problem but I am pretty sure that is the problem.
Sorry for bad pic quality I had to take the pic with my phone.

Call GT Motorsports to see how they avoid burning up couild because I have the EU while my turbo was on for MONTHS and the car was as reliable as form the factory.
I am not sure if it is because I used a patch harness as a bridge in between my EU and the stock ECU.
Apparently, avoiding burnt coils heavily depends on the quality of the install.
