Confirmed it...current 03-06 aftermarket diffs fit the 07!
A lot of people have been asking, so just thought I would share with the community, in case anyone else was intereted. We just installed a Carbonetics LSD in an 07 pumpkin, and everything fits perfectly...no changes needed.
Hope that helps!

I didn't expect there to be any change for the 07-08 models because they still use the same FD gear ratios as 03-06. What I'm curious about is the new G, if the pumpkins from that are interchangeable. Regardless of coupe or RWD / AWD sedan, they all come with the 3.692 FD ratio. I think its the same exact gear the FX has been using as that's a 3.692 as well. I know you can drop any of the aftermarket 6MT diffs into a RWD FX. So its just a question of the companion flange and if its a straight swap. Historically, the 3.538, 3.692 and 3.917 have all the same thickness and use the same pumpkin so they could all use the same diffs.
The 07+ needs the 3.692 to match the VQ35HR. The 7500 redline still lets you hit 60 in 2nd and it's just enough to give it that little extra kick in acceleration. It works great with the G35 sedan.
Nissan is pretty good about standardizing FD sizes and pumpkins on their RWD car platforms. The old S13 guys would grab gears from a Q so they could have the lower gear ratio with the turbo builds.
