Depends on which parts you are talking about. The cats are not the same and will not bolt from one to the other.

well i had an true dual exhaust but im goin 3" so until i have enough which is like a month or two im gonna put a stock exhaust on and my friend will give me his 07

The y-pipe is also different on the 07' compared to the previous models.

Triangular flanges off the stock exhaust manifolds are different shape.

Yup.
Headers, cats, and Y-pipe are different on the 07' Z's.
