Default TCS vs VDC

Ok so here's the deal. The 04 Touring 6spd I bought has two wiring looms cut. The larger wiring loom appears to be a perfect replacement and not presenting any problems. The second one is where I get confused.

The first Z hasVDC. And the box on the upper drivers side in the engine bay looks a LOT more complex than what is on the red z. They basically look nothing alike at all.

I also bought a rear fire damage 04 Touring with TCS that is an automatic. My question is are these looms interchangeable? Look at the pics to understand what i'm saying. The Red Z with TCS just has a much more simple set up in terms of wires and I dont want to screw myself tryin to fix this damn thing.

Thanks a lot guys
