Looks like you could use a tune...

I wouldn't worry about whether you use 4th gear, 5th gear, whatever, as long as you always use the SAME gear on the SAME dyno.

You can look into getting a reflash or tune to get your AFR into the 13.1 range... which is where I and many other people have made best power N/A

You're in the UK and you're talking about not having any tuners?!?!? You have RJN!

Their built GT4 car was a minute faster overall at Silverstone than the competing Porsche RS and Mosler 9000 cars. The engine is a NA VQ35 that makes over 480hp unrestricted. They offer tuning services and parts. I wish there was a US outfit dedicated to Nissan racing and NA performance like that.

Never heard of DC Sports True Dual..wasn't even aware that they make exhaust for the Z lol..
As i am running really rich at the moment do you think with the few breathing mods it may just lean me out to 13-14 ??
or go to far say out to 14 +

Yea you're running pretty rich as of now.
Try adding intake, exhaust, and Test Pipes or High Flow Cats(whichever you prefer)
Your A/F ration should lean out to north of 13(hopefully)
And depending on how lean you get, you might need a tune.
If it stays between 13-14 A/F, then I don't see any reason for tuning really..
Better running a bit lean than rich.
