230 rwhp 286flywheel bhp.

It was the dyno operator that said to run in 4th even tho i said to run in 5th!!

He said 5th gives to high wheel speeds near the red line ? (140+mph)

Exhaust and test pipes increase flow but you lose backpressure so i thought you will lose torque low down with that set up ??

Yep, the speed is high... I could not rev all the way in my 07... It hit the speed limiter before it hit the rev limit

Yet the 5th is what you should use for a dyno. This is also why your dyno is a little on the low side.

No your numbers are not low at all. In fact they're really good!
Stock 287 motors dyno around 235-240whp on Dynojet, and even lower on Dyno Dynamics.

As long as the gear ratio corrections are in place, it shouldn't matter *that much* what gear is used for dyno... That looks like a very strong car to me - nice!

EDIT: it is interesting how the AFR jumps up lean at 3400 rpm...

Guys you talk about 287hp, the Uk version book numbers say 276BHP!

The AFR seams to be the same as mine on a lot of the 350z in the uk ??

Dyno operator said jap cars are some times mapped to run rich lower in the rev range to give low down torque ??

I was please with these numbers but now dont want to lose HP or TQ from bolt ons ??

What do you think ??

For hp, BHP, see if http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horsepower helps.
For Dyno Dynamics, unless some correction/conversion factor was used, your numbers are good, and very good if your car has no mods!
Your AFR curve is typical for V35DE, but rich (and atypical for non-revup) in your case. Adding breathing mods will make your AFR leaner and produce more ponies, aim for 13 – 13.5.

The mods i intend to do are the basics:

plenum spacer
HFC
true dual exhaust
3.9 FD swap

With the breathing mods as above should lean out the AFR a bit ?? It dose look like im running very rich .

You'll go lean with the breathing mods.
You might lose low-end torque by going true dual..well depending on the pipings.

When you say you'll go lean, is that the 13-13.5 good lean or the 15-17.5 bad lean ??

the true dual is the DC sports.

I'm talkin about 14+ bad lean. 13-13.5 is perfect actually.
