I assume that you are talking about horsepower and shift points? And also horsepower delivered to the rear wheels.
Redline is set close to peak horsepower with a built-in safety margin. Members will often raise the rev limited to reach peak horsepower. So the shift point is either at redline, or if you choose to push it a bit, at the adjusted redline.
