Default Need some recommendations for HP gains and cooling system

I really need some help here guys.....I am running a Jim Wolf twin turbo setup on my 350z on a stock motor. I really need some help determining two things....

1) I am looking to get some gains in HP while still retaining the stock motor. I'm thinking about getting a UTEC system for now but do you guys have any other recommendations. I thought of installing a plenum spacer but I have heard mixed reviews about them (some people claim that it doesn't give you much gain when you're already running high HP applications and sometimes it can even lead to boost leak). Also does the heatshield on the popcharger make a difference at all in terms of HP? Any other suggestions?

2) What do you guys recommend for cooling....I find that my car both inside and under the hood gets extremely hot and I am looking to get some kind of cooling upgrade that will help retain HP and keep up the life of my engine. What do you recommend? Would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

The FI guys would have a ton of advice if you posted there...

So you're TT with no engine management? But yeah, utec is definitely the way to go.

1) How much whp do you have now on stock internals? I personally wouldn't push a stock block much beyond 400 whp on a DD if you want the engine to last. The stock rods are the weak link.

2) For temps - Upgrade your rad, rad fans, thermostat, add an oil cooler, baffled oil pan, oil pan spacer, vented hood, etc.

Cooling... Koyo thin radiator because it's plug-n-play, Samco hoses, Nismo T-stat, 70/30 water/coolant mix and a bottle of either Water-Wetter or Purple Ice.

I also have a JWT 700BB TT Kit making over 500hp, here's my setup(do the same and you'll be fine):

First and foremost...HKS FCon, its the only way to go if you plan on making a good amount of power and have complete control over your engines vitals.

Necessary:
-Koyo Radiator
-GTM or FP Fan & Shroud Kit
-Nismo Thermostat
-GTM Cold Air Intake(new product), relocates your for more airflow
-Seibon TS Carbon Fiber Hood(dont have this yet, but soon)
-Stillen Oil Cooler
-Redline Water Wetter

Recommended:
-HKS Knock Amp
-HKS Navigator
-Aquamist Meth Injection
-Bypass Cooling Mod(only if you rebuild your motor)

Those are my suggestions for you.

Probably not necessary on a stock block, running stock boost. UTEC will do fine. If you build the block and go with higher boost, then yes, an F-Con would be good.

Does this work with the JWT plumbing?
