Great looking product! However, I'm a little concerned about putting steel and aluminium together where moisture can hit it, considering this is a formula for galvanic corrosion. Have you taken any measures to try and prevent this?

I'm ready to swap pulleys, and I don't mean to be dense, but I still don't understand the response. The response says "...by now installing the seal, you could prematurely wear away the seal because the clearance is now too tight on their component..."
Maybe someone can tell me exactly what that means. Thanks.

basicly he needs to do some work on the product before he'll have it out to the public ie he's testing it still.

The aluminum is made from 6061 marine grade aluminum and is designed for corrosive environments - the sleeve is also pressed in, so no moisture will be able to penetrate the seal

Any updates/feedback? What belt size does this require? I'd like to run a goodyear belt if you have the size and/or part #. I'm going to be buying an underdrive pulley very soon. I'm interested in this one.

I bought the stock sized one.....so I cant answer the size of belts to use. But as for performance, I noticed that the RPM's climb up a bit quicker.

Yes, they are indeed different as Forged motor sports has proved this with their 07' HR engine dissection thread.
It's so difficult to wait for the after market support to build up when you have such a bad @ss car!
